The camp was inaugurated by CCL Director (Human Resources) Harsh Nath Mishra. The blood donation camp was organised by the Blood Centre at Gandhi Nagar Hospital under the guidance of Dr. Raj Kumar, Chief Medical Officer (In-charge), CCL, and Dr. Bharat Singh, Chief Medical Officer (In-charge), Gandhi Nagar Hospital.

A total of 50 units of blood were collected during the camp. Among the donors were 44 men and 6 women, who voluntarily contributed to the noble cause of saving lives. Female blood donors and individuals who actively promoted blood donation awareness were also felicitated during the event.

The successful conduct of the camp was supported by the dedicated efforts of Dr. Anita Kumari, Head of Department (Pathology), Dr. Khushboo Saran, Dr. Srimoyee Mukherjee, Dr. Mohana Mandal, along with the technicians and support staff of the Blood Centre.

In addition to the material assistance, financial support was also provided to each beneficiary. Mrs. Preeti Singh further extended additional cash assistance as a gesture of affection and blessings for the daughters entering married life.
