During the convocation, Shri Murali Krishna Ramaiah presented completion certificates to top-performing trainees. Addressing the gathering, he urged students to confidently face workplace challenges, continuously upgrade their skills, and move forward with discipline and a positive mindset. He emphasised the importance of adapting to new technologies in today’s rapidly evolving industrial environment, noting that BCCL’s CSR initiatives aim not only at employment generation but also at nurturing self-reliant, capable and skilled youth for nation-building.
