The camp included comprehensive health check-ups, consent form collection from guardians, and measurement for uniforms and identity cards, carried out by NTPC officials and support teams.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" width="1024" height="682" src="https://indianpsucsr.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/PHOTO-2025-06-18-10-26-10-3-1024x682.jpg" alt="" class="wp-image-30265" srcset="https://indianpsucsr.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/PHOTO-2025-06-18-10-26-10-3-1024x682.jpg 1024w, https://indianpsucsr.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/PHOTO-2025-06-18-10-26-10-3-300x200.jpg 300w, https://indianpsucsr.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/PHOTO-2025-06-18-10-26-10-3-768x512.jpg 768w, https://indianpsucsr.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/PHOTO-2025-06-18-10-26-10-3.jpg 1280w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></figure>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Now in its fourth edition at NTPC Bongaigaon, GEM is designed to build confidence and life skills among girls. The curriculum includes sessions on communication, basic mathematics, personal hygiene, self-defense, yoga, nutrition, sports, and personality development. Modules also cover gender sensitivity, cyber safety, and cultural activities such as music, dance, and theatre.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" width="1024" height="682" src="https://indianpsucsr.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/PHOTO-2025-06-18-10-26-10-2-1024x682.jpg" alt="" class="wp-image-30266" srcset="https://indianpsucsr.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/PHOTO-2025-06-18-10-26-10-2-1024x682.jpg 1024w, https://indianpsucsr.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/PHOTO-2025-06-18-10-26-10-2-300x200.jpg 300w, https://indianpsucsr.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/PHOTO-2025-06-18-10-26-10-2-768x512.jpg 768w, https://indianpsucsr.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/PHOTO-2025-06-18-10-26-10-2.jpg 1280w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></figure>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Earlier, a baseline survey was conducted on May 3, 2025, to assess the academic and developmental needs of participants, allowing for a customized learning experience.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Since its inception in 2018 with just 392 participants at three locations, GEM has expanded to 17 states, positively impacting over 12,700 girls across India. The initiative remains central to NTPC’s mission of fostering inclusive growth and challenging social stigmas, particularly around female foeticide.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Through GEM and other community-focused programs, NTPC continues to exemplify its role as not only India’s largest power generator but also a socially responsible corporate leader.</p>
