Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL), through its Kochi Refinery, is supporting child nutrition by providing healthy breakfasts to more than 36,000 children across 156 Government-Aided Schools in Kochi under its flagship First Meal Scheme.
The initiative, which focuses on ensuring that children begin their school day with a nutritious meal, aims to improve health, learning capacity, and overall well-being.
Marking National Nutrition Week, BPCL reiterated its commitment to supporting child and family nutrition. “Proper nutrition is the foundation of health, learning, and dignity. At Kochi Refinery, we believe that when children are nourished and families supported, we don’t just create healthier lives, we nurture stronger, more resilient communities,” the company said in a statement.
