The Dulari Devi Foundation was founded on 14th March 2018 (Chaitra month as per the Hindu calendar) by Ms. Preeti Pandey, a passionate social reformer and dynamic youth leader, in memory of her grandmother Late Smt. Dulari Devi of Mehnazpur village, Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh.

Registered as a Section 8 non-profit company under the Companies Act, 2013, the Foundation is dedicated exclusively to charitable activities. It is duly recognized under Sections 80G and 12AA of the Income Tax Act, 1961, and is FCRA-licensed to receive foreign contributions.

Driven by the belief that “change in society begins with individual effort,” Ms. Pandey leads the Foundation with a mission to uplift vulnerable and marginalized communities. The organization focuses on essential human needs including food, healthcare, education, and rights for women and children.

A key area of impact is skill development for school dropout girls and standalone women—empowering them with job-oriented training to build livelihoods with dignity and financial independence.

Flagship programs include:
- Jhuggi School – Informal education centers for children in slum areas
- Gyanshala – Learning spaces for underprivileged children
- Bachpan – Child welfare and development initiative

These initiatives are actively operational across multiple regions and have already delivered measurable outcomes.
