NTPC Vindhyachal has achieved a significant national milestone by securing the Runner-Up Trophy in the PSU category at the prestigious AIMA CSR & Innovation Summit 2026, organised by the All India Management Association (AIMA).
The award was conferred for the Masala Production Unit established under NTPC Vindhyachal’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives in collaboration with the Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDII). The project was presented as a case study by Shri Pranav Verma, AGM (HR), who also received the Runner-Up Trophy on behalf of the station.
The AIMA CSR & Innovation Contest & Summit serves as a consolidated national platform integrating AIMA’s long-standing CSR and Innovation flagship programmes, aimed at recognising organisations that deliver measurable social impact while promoting responsible business practices.
NTPC Vindhyachal’s CSR Masala Unit was evaluated on stringent parameters including Uniqueness, Impact, Scale and Sustainability. The initiative was widely appreciated for its community-centric design, livelihood generation potential, scalability, and long-term sustainability.
This national recognition reaffirms NTPC Vindhyachal’s commitment to inclusive growth and highlights its continued efforts to create sustainable socio-economic value through impactful CSR interventions.
