Harsh Nath Mishra, Director (Human Resources), Central Coalfields Limited (CCL), inaugurated the Hospital Information Management System (HIMS) at the Darbhanga House Dispensary located at CCL Headquarters, Ranchi. The initiative marks a significant step towards the digital transformation of healthcare services within the company.
Speaking on the occasion, Mishra underscored CCL’s firm commitment to strengthening its healthcare infrastructure. He described the introduction of HIMS at the dispensary as a visionary and forward-looking move that will enhance efficiency, transparency, and quality of medical services for CCL employees and their families.
With the implementation of the HIMS platform, the Darbhanga House Dispensary will now be able to offer high-quality, technology-enabled treatment facilities on par with Gandhinagar Hospital, CCL. The system is expected to streamline patient records, improve service delivery, and ensure better healthcare management.
Chief Medical Officer Dr. Rajkumar, along with Dr. Rajiv Kumar Jaiswal, Dr. Bhagat, and Dr. Sanwali, played a key role in the successful rollout of the system. General Manager (Officer Establishment) Shri Sanjay Kumar Thakur and General Manager (Systems) Smt. Biva Oraon were also present and contributed significantly to the programme.
Addressing the gathering, Dr. Rajiv Kumar Jaiswal termed the initiative a meaningful step towards providing accessible, safe, and quality healthcare services to CCL employees.
The programme was attended by dispensary staff including Amod Prasad, Sarika Prasad, Kanchan Snehlata Kujur, Champa Oraon, Ravi Pradhan, Sangeeta Devi, Pankaj Kumar, along with other officers and employees.
At the conclusion of the programme, participants expressed satisfaction over the launch of the new system, describing it as a commendable initiative that would significantly strengthen and expand healthcare services at CCL.
