Central Coalfields Limited (CCL) has been conferred with the prestigious Greentech CSR India Platinum Award for its exemplary Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, recognizing its impactful Integrated Community Development Project (ICD) in the Hazaribagh coal mining region.
The award was presented at a grand ceremony held in New Delhi, where a CCL team led by General Manager (CSR) Siddharth Shankar Lal received the honour on behalf of the company.
Transforming 5,000 Families Across 9 Villages
The ICD project has significantly improved the quality of life for nearly 5,000 families across nine villages in the Hazaribagh mining belt. The initiative focuses on holistic rural development through sustainable and community-driven interventions.
