
In a significant step towards inclusive development and social empowerment, Aravali Power Company Private Limited (APCPL) organized a free assistive devices distribution camp for persons with disabilities in Rewari district of Haryana under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative. The programme aimed at promoting self-reliance and improving the quality of life for Divyang individuals.

Under the initiative, a total of 252 assistive devices were distributed among 164 pre-identified beneficiaries from various locations. The beneficiaries were shortlisted following detailed assessment camps conducted by Artificial Limbs Manufacturing Corporation of India (ALIMCO), a Government of India enterprise specializing in manufacturing and distribution of assistive aids.
The distribution ceremony was graced by Abhishek Meena, Deputy Commissioner of Rewari, as the Chief Guest. Mohammad Nizamuddin, GM (Operations & FM), APCPL, attended as the Guest of Honour. Several dignitaries and officials were also present, underscoring collective support for the initiative.

- Motorized tricycles
- Manual tricycles
- Wheelchairs
- Walkers
- Hearing aids
- Calipers
- Smart canes
- Artificial limbs
- Crutches
- Tripods
- Elbow supports
These assistive devices are expected to significantly enhance mobility, independence, and daily functionality of beneficiaries, enabling them to lead more dignified and self-sufficient lives.

APCPL has consistently collaborated with ALIMCO over the years to extend meaningful assistance to persons with disabilities. Supporting senior citizens and Divyang individuals continues to remain a core focus area of the company’s CSR initiatives.
